Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the website https://hvarea.com and to all services provided by Hvarea Tourist Agency.

By using this website and/or making a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.


🔹 1. SERVICES

Hvarea Tourist Agency provides services including:

  • excursions
  • transfers
  • private tours
  • other tourism-related activities

All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.


🔹 2. BOOKINGS

Bookings can be made via:

  • website
  • e-mail
  • WhatsApp
  • other communication channels

A booking is considered confirmed only after the agency sends a confirmation (written or digital).


🔹 3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are expressed in Euros (€).

Payments can be made via:

  • cash
  • bank transfer
  • online payment (e.g. credit/debit cards via Stripe)

The agency reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.


🔹 4. VOUCHER AND SERVICE USE

After booking confirmation, the customer may receive a voucher as proof of reservation.

The voucher is valid only for the booked service, date, and number of participants.


🔹 5. CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

  • Free cancellation is available up to 24–48 hours before the service (depending on the tour)
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may result in partial or full charge
  • No-show = no refund

For groups and private tours, the following conditions may apply:

  • 30+ days: 10% fee
  • 15–29 days: 25% fee
  • 3–14 days: 40% fee
  • 0–2 days: 100% fee

🔹 6. CANCELLATION BY THE AGENCY

The agency reserves the right to cancel or modify services in case of:

  • bad weather
  • safety concerns
  • technical issues
  • insufficient number of participants

In such cases, the customer will be offered:

  • an alternative date or
  • a full refund (if prepaid)

🔹 7. WEATHER CONDITIONS

Safety is our priority. Activities at sea depend on weather conditions, and routes or schedules may be adjusted accordingly.


🔹 8. LIABILITY

Participation in activities is at your own risk.

Hvarea Tourist Agency is not responsible for:

  • loss of personal belongings
  • injuries (except in cases of gross negligence)
  • delays caused by external factors

🔹 9. CUSTOMER CONDUCT

The agency reserves the right to refuse or terminate services without refund if a customer:

  • behaves inappropriately
  • endangers safety
  • disrupts other participants

🔹 10. COMPLAINTS

Complaints must be submitted in writing via e-mail: info@hvarea.com

The deadline for submitting complaints is 7 days after the service.


🔹 11. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is used solely for the purpose of providing services and communication, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


🔹 12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Croatian law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in Split, Croatia.
